Completed leg day still slightly drunk and massively hungover from last night

Woke up WASTED

Made 1 cup Carob Powder and Maca Oatmeal with Coconut Sugar (just cause my roomates were asleep and couldn’t use blender/am out of most fruit) (375ish)

Somehow walked to the gym, did legs which was SO AWEFUL! I was dead but no fucking excuses no fucking regrets and actually killed my exercises πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Had Dateorade with 1/2 Vanilla bean, 11 large Medjool Dates 2.5 tbsp Carob Powder, 2.5 cups water, 6 ice cubes
(850ish calories)

Had such a massive dinner
Ginger
2 cucumber rolls
1 asparagus roll
1 avocado roll
2 orders steamed rice topped with sushi sauce (3 tbsp nutritional yeast, vinegar, cilantro, ginger, scallions, siracha, wasabi and coconut amino)
1/4 cup guacamole with 2 steamed potatoes (1500-1600 calories)

Around 2600-2700 calories
At 5’1 and 95 lbs it’s recommend I eat 1400 πŸ‘

Take that calorie counting torture

Take that the 4 months I ate less that 1000 calories and calling anything calorie count rated even a B a “treat” losing 15 lbs junior year high school

Take that the year or so I freaked out if I ate even 50 calories over the 1400 that calorie count said I needed

Take that last semester, where I was eating 1200 cals a day (plus working out) and lost another 15 lbs just cause I gained like 10 lbs 1st semester

Take that eating-out anxiety

What I Ate Wednesday on RawTill4

-5 huge super Ripe Bananas wrapped with crispy fresh Romaine (one dipped in carob drizzle: carob+water)


-Smoothie with whole bag Frozen Pineapple Chunks, Handful Spinach, tsp Chlorella Powder, and Water


-Large Granny Smith Apple and another huge Banana


-3 large Idaho Potatoes and Minced Onion, Steamed and Sprinkled with Turmeric, Drizzled with Curry Tahini Sauce. Broccoli and Green Beans with Lemon Juice


Workout: None…I was actually nearly immobile today from nearly 2 hour Leg/Arm Day combo

PLUS 2 large potatoes, and like 4-5 corn tortillas with a little hummus and salsa 😁 drunk eat like a boss
